i dunno why but those mountains look flat to me... the individual ones.. not the whole set of mountains |

Hey Jim S.
Don't be afraid to use more colors.
Even with a limited color scheme you can get a pretty good range. I did a quck paint over to demonstrate. This is not really my style and I feel that Mine looks like some sort of PBS painting or Thomas Kincade thing or whatever. I hope this gets you thinking. Either this is crap or helpful.
Good work and keep it up. Milage is your best friend.

Appart from that...I must say I find landscapes very hard indeed...so Kudos to you for making a good try .
