(Ok, guess I'm finished with that lazy period.... )

Here's yet another conceptual thing.
(Not sure if the man fits in though....)
Crits welcome.

Yes the guy fits!

This reminds me of an old episode of The Night Gallery where all these people were in this house for a funeral and they kept looking at a painting of the house they were in. The painting kept changing as the story progressed until it showed the dead guy from the funeral on the porch as he was knocking on the door...very creepy.

Great pic! Liked the lighthouse too! That one woulda made a cool bookmark.

Amazing! Just amazing. Proofs a lot that
you dont have to make it so sharp to get
it clear. Guess u use a lot smudging in your
work...

Now this is my type of picture. Love the color tone and the softness of the painting.
I also find the grimness of it the most appealing. Good use of lighting to in my opinion or maybe I just like the all over style.

Thanks so far for nice crits!

raist: It was supposed to better than the lighthouse (which was just a quicky). So thanks!
pixualize: Haven't seen that one....
Ax0: No, I never smudge and I never did. Just low pressure on the brush.
neebhore: This is actually based on the house next door from me; Abandonded, locked up and with curtains changing positions in the window. Really cool actually.
r3koil: Thanks!

Reminds me of the opening scene in Rebecca (sp?). Other than that great work man!

loooooooove it

i think the shadows on the house on the right are too blue and should've been black but that's is probably cuz my screen is fucked up. oh, and i think that more colors to the man walking could do him good. a brown jacket or somepin.

but i love your style. always have

-This- time I think your screen is f**ked up, but usually it's mine. Watching my work on other computers hurts my eyes (too much saturation suddenly). Bet if I did a pic in grayscales here it would still happen.
But the shadows should really be black here.... or?
I had some brownish color on the man in the beginning, but he stood out too much.
Nice you liked it anyway!

Every single frickin' Scooby-Doo episode came flooding back to me...

But hey, that's cool. Glad I got that feeling from such an awesome pic. Really gives off that "this is a haunted house: No Solicitors" feeling. Trs cool, man.
