heres a sketch i made earlier today (also in WIP):

heres me attempting to paint over it.
im not a painter as you can see, im too dependant on lines. but im working on it. any comments appreciated. im not sure which one i prefer.

That is bad-ass......i prefer pencil & paper
over computer stuff. But the painting does improve on it. GOOD SHIZ YO! Looks like

Too frikken cool.

Pun intended, his eyes seem a bit dead. maybe bumping up the highlights (reflective light) a bit to tie them in a bit more...

Hey, there's nothing wrong with being dependent on line. A lot of great artists have painted details based off line-work; artists like say Michelangelo.
