Very nice man. I like the anime style to it and the contrast shading you use. I myself am more of a pastel and oils person, but I like your picture alot. thanks for posting.

Here's a Skaven clanrat I did a while back but never got around to fixing. I think this is the only pic I have on my hard drive that a sword of any kind is in.

I guess I better get my but in gear and remedy that with some new stuff.

Nice test staff sarge, i like how you really simplified the knights armor design down. Really nice, im sure if you worked with it some more you could get a real nice working piece going there.

Nice rat Gim, reminds me of the nutcracker's evil rat person thing. Glad to see some nice ideas floating in your head, and indead remedy the absence of swords in your artistic arsenal. People likem.

:P This is one of the most beutiful forum conversations, look at all these kick ass knights. But I gotta say, where the hell are the weapons? Just kidding, these pictures are great, sorry I dont have to to critic all of them but overall im very impressed with the talent here. Thanks for posting guys and hopefully we can get some sort of interesting drawing contest or something going on.

Here's a chunk of a pic I recently completed for a book cover. My good friend Jason Smith did the design drawing for this figure. This is the second time we've collaborated. I'm liking it.

Spooge, that kicks ass. I like how you left those outlines on him, a bit different and cartoony...yet painterly with all that texture in the back.

Francis, that's definitely a departure. Maybe you should take up historical painting? Nice work, especially with the lighting.

Brainswitch, cool!

Here's a quick one:

Sorry for posting this one in two threads but I didn't want to see this one drop into oblivion just yet. Not exactly a Knight of the Round Table but I did give him two swords to make up for it.

Wheee, this looks fun.

Spooge: Very nice work. The background looks like oil, but the knight doesn't. Is he photoshop?

Isric: That's great, Isric! It really looks like an animated movie.

Francis: Looks really nice, man. Keep it up

Hey people. Here I go one more time. I know I haven't earned a huge reputation here yet but c'mon what's up? Do I suck? Are my images just little red X's on your screens? What? Part of the fun (a huge part) of posting is getting the occasional praise or crit. I kind of thought my Death Knight collaberation with JS was at least passable as interesting. I really detest hearing myself whine like this (yes I've already called the Whaaaambulence ) but I feel like if my name isn't Spooge Demon, Enayla, etc. I don't have much of a shot at getting comments. Ok.... I'm ok now....Sorry. Here's one that some may have seen already. It is simply a shameless, blatant method of getting this post launched back to the top, both because I like this thread and because I would really like to either be beaten about the head or hugged by this list. I just can't abide being ignored.

Edited to get link working.

Thrush,

Hey I like your Knight pic...I'd think I've seen the 'bat' sword somewhere before..the runes on the sword could be better implemented (make em look carved in). Also, the hand in the foreground on that sword needs some work...looks a wee bit too flat and uninteresting....otherwise..like the colors and good job.

Spooge: Wow..nice job..very expressive and as usual, well done.

Francis..awesome..I love it..

Sedone...very nice! We've got some good painters here!

Isric! Hey cool! Love that cell painted look..keep it up, I may try one of those myself since I used to paint my own cells on Acetate..love that muted background, animation style.
