This is the finished version of the thing I posted in W.I.P.
I had to give it a simple bg due to the game I am messing with.
Like always pencil, paper, PS and mouse was used.

When you look at a circle at an angle - it looks like an ellipse - your pupil does not follow this rule, aside from the above its pretty nice.
