the perspective on the sword is off....
it looks like it should be sticking out of the ninja's chest.....and the scarf draws attention away from the rest of it cuzthe face is so plain, other than that, a good idea....

I'd say the tsuba needs to be more rounded. The tsuba being the handguard in case I lost you Here's a picture of a katana so you can see what I mean.
