Hey-- That's great! If there is a strong light source in front of his face, shouldn't it be lighter and and shadows and highlights switched? I'm not really sure what that is in front of him though. I see how you have a strong light behind him as well as a light in front of him, but the light in front of him seems stronger

I like it, but if there's a light like that in front of his face it should show on his face.

the lighting used is greta i think! the colors are awesome, and the sketch is very nice, the only thing i would change is the thumb it does seem a bit off but i did not recognize it until i read the post talking about it.

VERY NICE WORK!

Awsome pics Isric. My only question is if the sketch remnants are intentional. I don't sketch or outline on the computer so im not sure how that would work. I think both pictures would look much cleaner without them. Also,I like the background for the second pic.

The one of the girl sitting is awsome d00d!!
I like the kinda disney look to your work I mean with the paintd backgrounds and the drawn forgrounds it is an interesting style. If I where you I might even just go with cell shading because of the style you have some times the lighting looks a bit mudged and messy...but keep it up kid!

Love your work, Isric. I'm really happy to see you combining your newer color and lighting skills with your excellent character linework.

Cheers.

Hello Matt ack!! You have a great talent no crits from me i think it's gorgeous, color, drawing, mood ect.
Great job....Hey buddy i have an idea for you just my two cents.

Brain storm an idea for a short story that can be animated through several screen shot.
You can start by Making a rough story board (sketches) getting the right sequence of story together to bring it to a flow. Then illustrate the main plot points and bring the story to life. A finalize story board with color , writing and special effects should be posted twice a week on till the story is told.

You’ll be practicing creativity and your drawing skills you could even adversities it so maybe people from Big studios can buy your stories(ideas) and you’ll never know you might be the next Matt Damon(I hope i spelled the right?) of the animated screen. Telling stories online.

I like it a lot. You rule!

There's something with his hand though. It looks a little...hmm don't know.
But who am I to tell you something about drawing hands, as I really suck at that.

Anyway great pic. I like the mood.

I also think there is a major problem with the light source, but the picture itself is very cool, plus I like the concept and the idea.
