Directions:
Walk over the Blood of others,
Hesitate or deviate from the path,
and join the dead in the river below.
Proceed down the path of darkness.
Do not be alarmed, for in the end you shall know unthinkable power.
Walk, walk, and never look back....
Thanks to Enayla for her help.
This one's dedicated to Loki.
No, not cause i think he's walking down that path (even though he got himself a gun, lol), but because he unknowingly changed my future when he invited my ass down to Digital Domain 5 years ago. I owe your ass a lot w/out you knowing (which is good, cuz u're never gonna come to collect shiz).... thx a lot man, keep rockin'up the matte world....
Still working on perfecting this, so comments are welcome.... Hi-res Version here....

reminds me of the caves from the "Clive Barker's Undying" excelent game, and you'rs is pretty good too, one thing in the bridge, the wood seems a bit too perfect, where normally it would be rotting at all the edges instead you have just two planks broken...
allso ... I hate 3D water, it always looks like plexyglass, water has a depth effect which makes it more transparent the less of it there is, and near the shores it should have more debris and stuff...
other than that, it's a nice scene I'd like to walk through |

Yes i agree with the wood thing but i really like the atmospher you have going on in this pic .. you might want to add a more drastic bumb man on it to give it a old warped feel to it .. you know what i mean ehehe anyhow keep up the good work .. look forward to seeing more stuff .. late..

Thanks for your kind comments DunkelLeuchte! I'm sorry I don't have enough time these days.
Anyway - apart from that - the image is really cool! Wow!
What you might wantr to do is make the inside of the lanterns way brighter - so that they blow out a little bit - to give them a more 'lightlike' feel. Also - they don't seem to affect the ground - try it - it'll work nicely.
Colorwise - you might want to put some moss on the sides of the tunnel - just a few, not too green. Might help too.
One last thing: you might make the river of blood that the bridge leads over more pronounced - so you get more depth. Crank up the reflection a tiny little bit on it.
All in all the best image I've seen from you !!!!
Congrats
Loki
