I wish I had painter, but photoshop is all I've got. I wanted to do something that looked like a water color painting.

It looks good there Bj.
The look came off pretty good.
I would try just plain water colors on that.
The colors are simple enough for you to get a pretty good look with out haveing to have MAD Watercolor Skillz.
