looks sorta like an otter the way its proportioned with a heavy base and skimpy arms although that's not necessarily bad because a dragon can look however u want it to look. Also, that line down the neck should be moved more to the left that's all I got |

veru interesting, heh I like that comment though... out of proportion? to what? it looks very much like a penguin in the lower half, and very well done in the upper, you could add a more textured look, to it, (not necesarily scales, but aadd muscles under the skin and veins) as for the subject I have no complaints, looks like a dragon fit for flying to me. |

this picture looks really good (but technically, if that dragon flew, it's butt would hang down cos it's not supported by the wings) |
