agent, really like the pic. There's something I find strange about the cape and the buildings in the background though. The cape I think is shaded wrong.. In my mind, the cape shouldn't be drawing any attention at all so should be a darker value and just drifting around. You've indicated that her hair is blowing away... but yet the cape seems to be stationary and not moving at well. Or maybe, she jsut used a lot of hair spray.
I really like the expression on her face. Gives me a feeling that she's feeling sad and morose. she's too small and puny and she's a girl and she can't handle all the crime and she wants to find batman right?
Anyway, the pose kind of reminds me of gargoyles for some reason.. not sure if you've seen the tv series.
anway, good work! keep it up! |

travis travis-Nice observation, though I really don't like big burley women.
Matthias- interesting perspective, I wanted to give her more of a covert operative swat/navy seal feel than the shiney strechy nippley super-godess that are all to familiar in comics.
Rinaldo- Thank you for the proccess. I think I got it. I'll experiment with it today.
EviLToYLeT- doh, I didn't think that trough too well. Yeah, I kinda wanted her to look like a gargoyle looking over the city.
sear- no problem, you owe me a tutorial now.

Nice to see a new interpretation of an established character. I think the add-ons work well and don't look out of place, especially the goggles they look good.
Can't say much more except great piece. |

Hi Agent44,
I don't get it! Most of the guy's here who have posted "slight" (put downs) on your perspective, the hands etc. Couldn't do what
you do if their life depended on it!
Hey,"green eyed" Guy's! This is a cartoon/caracature! And It's fantastic.
Stop being so critical....your lack class is
showing.

i second that motion. i've been coloring linework for a while and i can't think of any way to do what your doing without it being painfully tedious. can you give us lowlies some tips? or should i get off my ass and look to see where you posted them elsewheres on the forum? |
