Well, I'm pretty lazy, but I'll comment/crit.

He seems pretty unfinished. I'd say maybe add a little bit of a background. Nothing major, maybe just some greys.
Also, try making the edges a bit more solid.

I'm really not certain what look you were going for, so maybe the blurryness is intentional.
