I'm looking for some advice so I can improve my work. The following link is a color study. This was painted from looking at a black and white photo from which I took a few creative liberties with (if you'd like me to scan the photo and include it I'll do that). This is also an attempt at semi-realism, which is why there are still sketch lines). Oh, FYI: This is one of my first journeys into the realm of color aside from real paintings.

WARNING: Tasteful nudity ahead for those that are offended by it.

her left knee seems somewhat bulky.
the color shades look nice.

Yes... look at the knee and the size of the head. Knee ball, smaller and head larger, Also watch her hairline on the right side of HER face, looks a little too bald. Looks good for starting out! I'm no expert though
