Lunatique, man, I would have appreciated it if you had started a new post warning of naked pics after you decided to post them. I was reading the post and just scrolled down and BOOM! I'm at work and they don't care if it's "art" or not--I lose my job if nudy pictures show on the screen. But, no one was looking, so I backtracked and wiped the cache. I'm just glad I wasn't on one of the NT machines that I don't have admin priviledges for!
So anyway, could ya give a warning next time by editing the title of the post or something?
Please?

Lunatique: make the pictures links instead of img using the image tag... |

SpiralEye - I understand what you're saying and I agree that in the future a warning might be appropriate... but there's a tons of posts in that thread leading up to the actual images that mentioned the nudity. Why did you scroll down?
Lun's first post said this in it:
"...because some of my work are nudes."
He was asking for permission to display it, then everyone replied saying it was cool and to go ahead and post. I mean... it's not like the subject said, "Puppy playing frisbee" and you opened it to find a big ol' picture of... *ahem* I'm just curious I suppose

Jezebel: I thought of that too, but the pictures (since they were included in the thread) still went into cache, and winNT admins can view that (not like they would, cause the cached files are named like t44ksiek2.gif, etc. ) but I saw his point.
Future nudity pics should be linked though and not sourced into the thread. |

hrmmm... this is an art forum, there's stuff that people might potentially find offensive on here all the time, you might be better not looking at it at work because that's unavoidable |

Jezebel, Count Zero--
I saw the posts and was interested in the aruguments as far as maturity and permission from the women on the forum to post the nude pictures, so I kept reading. I was actually going to reply, but then I had to get out quick.
travis travis--
It is true that I have to be careful on the forum--even the cussing is a potential problem, but not as much as the nudity. My connection is not that fast, and I usually watch as a picture loads--if it looks questionable I hit stop and go back. That way it's not readable in the cache and automatically is deleted.
Sigh. A CENSORED forum--that's what I need! Yeah! YEEEEAAHHH! Oh, yes!
ANYWAYS. . . |

Uhh... So it's ok to hang around an art forum's Random Musings section on company time but the moment nudity appears it becomes a violation of company policy?
And SpiralEye, how'd you miss the ~20 messages prior to the images? ![](images/smiles/icon_razz.gif) |

Lunch breaks My company doesn't care what I visit on Lunch, as long as no nudity, or anything else that offends anyone else.
Yes, nudity on any site is not allowed here either. Have you seen the news, the staff don't know that this is a art site, they see nudity, they think porn site. |
