Hello there!
I'm so damn envyous on everyone on this forum with great character design skills...

..Me .. also want to be a game designer...*sob*..

Well, lets give it a try.

Do you think i should color it, or just leave it as it is?

Crits and tips are very welcome.

Pretty cool drawing man!
Are you aware that a game designer usually doesn't draw or paint? Game design is purely gameplay and level design usually.

Hey those characters look pretty cool, I would say go ahead and color them.

And black_fish, game design encorporates tons of things. Character design, Character development, story design, level design, I can't name them all.

Very nice drawing! I think they would look great with colours

but I think the characters really lack concept. I mean, what makes them so special? A ninja women has been tried out million times I'm sure, the guy in the back is just big and scary looking, which is very obvious and stereotypical, and the guy on the rightside (my right) is just some muscular guy with cast on his neck wearing sneakers. Nothing too special and I think for a great fighting game there has to be unique characters. I think you should learn from some of the games out there (Takken, SC, DOA, SF, etc) but ofcourse, you can't copy.

Not trying to offend you in anyway. Hope my comments didn't annoy you. Well, keep it up.
Bye bye

Some of them do. And it's a good way to get ideas. But in the real world, you do have to limit your focus so that things actually get done.

Yes, I'm aware of the fact that they all do look a bit stereotypical. But it was my intentsion to make them look like the typical fightinggame characters, you know.. the big slow guy with high damage punches.. and the fast ninja type with fast kicks etc, and the allround type of guy.. like Ken and Ryh in SF.
By the way... I just love the characters in Street Fighter, they are so damn cool..

If I would be involved in a project of making characters for a real game I would definitely put more energy into making them look more original..

Thanks for reply.

(excuse my bad english)
