Its a little blurred, It needs some sharpening and perhaps some definition around the eyes.

Couple a lens flares in there. tut tut.

yea, i agree, it is abit blurred. also you might want to haave some kind of background and foreground. a great picture will almost always have a foreground, middleground and background. without one of these elements you will get a flat looking picture.

although here the lensflares aren't fully visible and just sticking out like the quik-art they are, so you get some credit for tact. interesting piccy, the hood texture is nice.
