Well...
This is the first time i've posted here.. it's a bit too scary to when u see the quality of some of the work here
It's supposed to be a harlequin from WH4K, as described to me by the friend who wanted me to draw it.. tho i gather it's not really on the right lines.
I'm relatively new to digital art, well, this is my first ever real go at it so any comments (be nice :P) would be appreciated.

actually for a first time on digital work it's rather good.
just a efw proporsion probs -
1)lower arms are way too long
lower arm should have the same length as the foot. or one head from elbow to wrist.
2)legs are too short. the hip bone and the calf bone should have the length of 2 heads.
follow this and things should fall to place.
unless u make your figures too skinny and then u r fucked again....
also u may want to add sharper/stronger lines to define the fingers in the fists for better details.
keep up the effort

thanks for the comments, it's really helpful to get some feedback
my first attempt was much poorer than this one, but the tutorial on this site helped me improve it 10 fold and more. The transition from working on paper to screen isn't that easy
I'll try and improve on the anatomy when i get some time, prolly at the weekend.
& like i said any advice i really helpful.. ta ![](http://www.sijun.com/dhabih/ubb/biggrin.gif) |

Reminds me of Vega from Street Fighter II
Agree that the anatomy isn't excatly
fitting.
But don't worry, u'r hell of a better
detailer than me. ![](http://www.sijun.com/dhabih/ubb/biggrin.gif) |

The original skethes i drew for getting the stance etc right were a lot like venga Being told that harlequins were lean & had a claw, venga was the first thing to pop into my mind..
Again, any more crits/comments would be hugely appeciated, as I said I'm really new to all this and could do with a little guidance.
