Hey guys,
Here's a marker sketch I did today. Its an old design, but I thought it deserved some color.

I'm sorry about the continued geocities service, but I won't have time to switch hosts for another week or two. Senior projects are taking up all my time.

markers markers MARKERS!
This is great. I'm not used to seeing any other tones than greys so this is a nice change.
Nice tight little package you've produced.
Sorry no crits, this is sweet. |

You knew it had to happen!
I think whats been said so far is accurate, "nice tight little package". However, I'm a bit curious with what happened with the gun at its attachment point. Do you have to be flying at 80 mph and point directly at you enemy with that little turret or does it actually rotate like you see in Star Wars? It does not look like it swivels around much.
What I see:
looks like a metal plate slides between the cannons making it impossible to shift left and right.
Just my little advice with how you could make it better.
I would love to start viewing some more of your stuff bud You know I'm a fan.

Visionary, the gun is mounted right at the base of the jet intake. The metal piece between the two is actually a thick cylinder that supports two cannons on either side. There's actually four cannons. The whole system has about 120 degrees of rotation, and is linked to a HUD in the pilots visor. When the gun is turned on, it responds to the direction the pilot is looking.
Lukias, Awetopsy, thanks guys

Nice one man! It's nice to hear that you've actually thought out how it would work too. Not just saying "ooh this gun would look cool here."

But you have to remember that you cant put the Submodifing Freqincy Transister next to the Partical Beam Modulator. Also make sure your Mounted Flexy Superconductor is in an apropriat place so that it can get a good 25% of air flow.
And for god sakes, make sure your BuckyBall armor is attached proporly.
The pic is sweet man..hehe |
