the drawings are good, but you MUST MUST go over the pencil lines with a black pen and then rub the pencil out before you scan it in.

ie - *here's something I did earlier*

hey know...be nice.

the drawing is good, just develop it further. if you want to keep your drawings rough, thats fine, its just that the norm is to have cleanly inked lines, which makes it easier to color.

if u want to color it and keep it sketchy than u should do it in photoshop and get the artlines on one layer and set in to "multiply" and beneath it have another layer for colors.

I would love to hear what publishers would say if you pitched this idea to them:P

Jim, the pictures looks unfinished and sloppy put together in it's rough state. They don't look inked either.
Create a new layer over the sketch and set it to "multiply" like Topeira said and try
again. That way you'll keep your lines in the sketch.

I say ignore them all Jim...drawings look nice...coloring needs help. Take the image into Flash and trace it and then drop color. No need for re-inking or anything. Since the drawings themselves are good then all that remains is a small bit of tracing.
