I aggree I love the style of this painting.
It looks like a real painting to me. Not like a drawing that you thought should have color. Know what I mean?
I have to say that I love the simplicity of it. Its great how you have some sharp edges on the face and some soft edges.
One crit. is I can't tell where exactly the light source is coming from. It seems like there should be some more light on the face.
Also you might want to give a little indication of the eye. Not too much though. I'd rather not enough than too much.

pretty
i agree with the need of more light. i think the forhead, eyelid and hair could use more light but that's it
i think the proportional are fine if she's a girl around 14 years of age.

the proportions seem a bit off - the arm seems a bit small...
