The painting is very nice, but the underdrawing could use some work.
The proportions of the face are off for the angle their head is tilted. The nose needs to be elongated (quite a bit) and the mouth needs to be moved much farther down. Remember this: the eyes are the middle of the head, the nose is the middle between the eyes and the chin, and the mouth rests on the middle between where the nose rests and the chin.
The nose is also too high of an angle for the rest of the face. Take a look at the under part of the chin. Picture the 2 dimensional plane coming out from that chin. Now, do the same with the nose. Notice how the nose's plane seems almost to be going straight up at a 90 degree angle, while the underside of the head goes up at an angle that is probably about 30 degrees? The nose should be nearly parallel (the angle should be only slightly higher) to that other plane.
Also, you might want to try making that nose rest where you currently have the mouth, and pull down the mouth as well.

you know, i think i agree with you.. actually.. yeh. The left side of the face isn't well defined enough, plus the chin is more male, which i like (cause it is intended to be male) but perhaps the lips are too slender for it.
i just started painting with my friend about 4 monthes ago, so i'm still learning. |

Was it based off of Michael Jackson? |

holy hell that's cool! these other guys can whine, but that's how it honestly struck me as the pic loaded piece by piece. awesome hair. lots of photorealistic tones, the face is a little limp and undefined at points, but I don't care, I like to see pics that really give it a go and this one does |

I agree with Totally. Also I think the shadow that's falling on her face should follow her contours a bit more. I like the detail of the hair and the background.
