His arms and legs look short. but I think that was the same case in the last picture i saw of yours (i'm pretty sure it was yours) so it could definately just be your "style." And the perspective on the handle of the thing on his back looks off.

I do like his chest and the markers a lot, however.

very cool, but you might want to lengthen his left arm, but over all it is very cool and very origanal

His right leg (our left) is not complete, and needs to be. Or at a minimum, some form of accent needs to be added to place it into the image.
His left hand is not Incongruence with the image.

Otherwise, I like where you are going.
