All right. I just throw in a selection of random character sketches I picked from my sketch books - just things I've absently doodled thinking about other things.
Needed some of this on my homepage, so I might as well post them here since it's out there anyway.
(It's not even digital.... or, well, uhm, it is now.... sort of....  )

Actually reminds me alot of my friend, Ryan's sketches. (that link only shows a painter 6 tutorial he did... you should see his sketchbook... top notch)

Bit late out here (had problems posting replies to this particular thread earlier for some weird reason).
Thanks for your nice replies (didn't expect any though....).
If you like (which it seemed like ), I post another sketch page I accidentaly had out there on the web already.
This is more like how an average sketch book page of mine would look (without colours though ), if not even rougher and more abstract. Just a random pick here.
Being an animator, it's the movment and the quick gestures and stuff which matters. Not the overall pretty picture look. Very important in an animator's portfolio....
Anyway, you all probably know that.
Here we go:
