I really love those concepts these guys master, so I tried myself after a friends' petition of characters for a RTS they are creating.

I'll post later some more, and remember: crits are welcome.

[Edit]Here's the new concept. It hasn't been shaded as the 3D Modeler wanted it clear (?). Anyway, I've been tolden to create some of the models in MAX, so I'll show them when I finish them.[/Edit]

hey, this is a nice one. good concept. the drawing is fine. the shading... well, the shading is not a bad one, but you have to give more volume to his body, like you did for the head. overall is looking good to me
hope i make sense here.

COol

So let me guess, a post-apocalyptic world where young boys have to fight to survive and the army is made of urban bands who try to keep their order in their section of the city. Am I far from the original idea?

Thanks all for your replies:

ANDSKJ: Thank you, man. I'm glad you liked it.

BIZARDE: Thank you, thank you, thank you. That was the kind of crit I was looking for, and if it comes from one of the great ones, it is really apreciated.

RAGNAROK: Je je, you are right 90% of the game. But...I had no part in the script , I'm just helping with the graphics

MAXON: You are blaspheming! But I like your blasphemies

COS: Thanks for the crit. Mmmm...now I look at it closely maybe you are right. Maybe it is because of the trousers...I tried to make them look too big, and that's why he perhaps looks short-legged. Thanks again.

This evening I'll post some more.

Hmm,

so far very nice, but the muscles on the arms look a bit strange. The proportions are somewhat weird, the lower arm is somehow wrong. The muscles are set in a wrong way. Mayby you take a look at a anatomy book, there you can see how muscles are placed. Just a hint :-)
