I dont know anything about animated GIFs, but I do know animation, and I do know art, and I know programs and learn fast....blah blah blah, all that said, I ust used Adobe Imageready...it seems to me that it is a photoshop friendly animation program...at least nothign complex....
What did everyone else use...I am curious too, tell me if I wasa putz to use Imageready.

Yep, me too.
I did the artwork in PhotoShop 5.5 and then shoved it over into ImageReady to do the animation...
Great work by all. A very entertaining thread!
