Who can redraw one of thess characters from the waiste up and make it look like it's trying to crawl out of the "MONITOR" on my new interface?

you can't put it on your personal site, regardless if someone redraws it for you (which i doubt) or not-

so waht about all those gamesites for quake/unreal tournament etc...?

they all use gfx from the game...same here...I don't see the problem really.

Those sites (planetquake, planethalflife, ..) are dedicated to one game and support it by advertising news about it, offering mirror server for patches and the like. They are run by Gamespy Industries are in contact with the Producers of the Game and part of their legal disclaimer is:

Intellectual Property Infringement Claims:

It is the policy of GameSpy Industries to respond expeditiously to claims of intellectual property infringement. GameSpy Industries will promptly process and investigate notices of alleged infringement and will take appropriate actions under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and other applicable intellectual property laws. If you are talking about private fan sites: the fact that many do it does not make it legal, its however tolerated because those people bought the game and are advertising it with their fanpage.

What you have up there on your site however is basically a warez-FTP and not a fanpage of some game.

lets just cut to the chase..is anybody willing to help me or not?

I am running out of time...my site is not a warez site by the way! It's a fanpage about "Amiga emulation".

anyways respond if you want to help...
