anyways i think its pretty good, although her head looks a bit wide, might want to take a quarter of an inch off each side, just a suggestion. Keep up the good work.

i think the upper right corner of her hair needs work tho, its just one color, and her eyes seem too small. but good skin tones, and
good lips

nice, but you should make the chin less square and more rounded, make her eyes a little bit larger as well

I like the mouth, it's quite realistic.
As stated above... the eye/nose area doesn't quite match up to this.
