Wow, thats pretty nice, the head is a bit too round though, if your going for realism. Nice detail though, what did you draw it with? pencil? oh yeah, draw some boots..

Id really like to do boots but (as u cant see here) i ran out of paper

hmmm ... ure right, but i dont think the boots are the most important thing on the picture 
Maybe i will colour it ... but i always need alot of time to do this because i dont have a technique :P

| not bad, i think maybe you should try redrawing the arms and the guns tho, they look rather woogly and rushed. |

fine, don't listen.... try going over all the thin lines with a pen or sumthin so that we can see the figure a bit better and clearer - much easier to crit... my eyes are bad

Someone already stated that you should tone down the legs... at least her right leg some more. Pay attention to the length of her arms too.
You have the right idea, clean the lines and post it up again!
