hm I tought that quake had different logo

I was just kidding, but on first impressions it does kinda look like a Quake logo (which is a good design) but yeah, you might wanna think about that b4 you get it as a tat.

hey cool...umm...the logo...not quake logo but very similar...and as for the title of th thread...im guessing it was just there to catch peoples attenetion...it caught mine..

Ouch... Like you probably intended, your title grabbed my attention. I suppose I was expecting something humorous and cartoony. When I saw your image I felt like I'd been kicked in the stomach. I have walked many roads in my 36 years and in the last year and a half I have accepted the message of Christ. He is my boss, my sustainer and my savior. It is sometimes very difficult in these times of skepticism and militant atheism to remain firmly planted in this faith. There are many people out there ready to piss on faith and decry believers as pitiful naieve individuals breathing the opium of false hope. I defy them. I hope not to offend but to cause at least one person to stop and consider.

intersting thought.

draw a couple of pictures. one, a misconcept, of Jesus on a cross; the other a "cute devil". Then put them both under the heading of something falic. Everybody is just suppsed to accept it.

what would happen if you drew a picture of buddha or sun yung moon and posted it with that heading?? It would cause an uproar. Heck you might even be taken to court for trampling on other peoples beliefs.

like i said, just a thought. :\

ask yourself what is "religion" in nowadays? what has it became... what's left of jesus words
and now try to understand me naming the thread "shit on stick", I intended that kind of ideas and conversation coming up by "kicking you all in stomach"... and this thread would be "kick in somewhere much more painful area" if there would be no comic- looking devil.

Its a good pic, and i have nothing against the message, but what REALLY offends me about this post, is the Xian replys like "Oh im so offended, please stop, your not allowed to hassle something that someone likes, thats really bad and stuff" Get over it. Im sorry for being so blunt, but as someone already addressed, Xians are everywhere preaching about what they believe in, and having all these crosses with jesus on them all over the place. Its a common occurance, right? But as soon as someone posts a pic expressing his beliefs through the use of picture and words, there is a giant uproar of Xians telling you its wrong.

Beliefs are YOU'RE beliefs, if you can express them publicly, why cant we.

(if your confused about the Xian think of it like Xmas)

Oh and the person that said "Your no better than the Bad Xians" what are we supposed to do, no matter what happens there are still going to be those bad Xians. So why not draw what we want, they are still going to do it, whether we do or not, and drawing pics like this would not get on my concience.

Great work! I thought the topic of the forum was very smart...is that the title of the painting or was it something you just thought of very quickly when prompted for the forum topic? If so, I think it would make a great title.

Btw, if you want to get that tattoo eventually, do it. Don't decide not to get it because some ppl think it looks like the fucking Quake logo. ...screw 'em.

the fist image does not float my boat.. it has no real message.. a few scribbly lines, a jesus on cross sketch and a quake 3 logo lookalike (looked at the logo before posting and then at yours, you have to admit its more than just close to it).

the second one is funny.. looks like the cow and chicken guy.
