Her nose is wierd (to fat in the upper area?). Her eyes need pupils and her eye lashes are flat. Also I think her lips are a bit flat too.

I would also recommend to stay away from the burn tool. The burn tool doesn't give the right tones when shading.

thats my opinion at least.
