cute doggy
my friend has a dog just like that one. still a puppy but i bet that when it grows up he'll look like yours.... well, maybe in color
the pic is good. could use more details on the body fur and chin and where ever there are shadows. and i think the ear is a bit too far away from the eye...
p.s. - how was that one done? it looks like pencil cuz of the color but i can see strokes that look like tablet. wise me please.

Not bad... but here's the usual problem... just not striking enough. |

Wow, that looks just like my dog, Becky (Golden Retriever)!
The actual line work is well presented. I'd suggest going in with a really dark shade (e.g. 2B or 4B) and getting some really good light and contrast in there. If your dog has a shiny coat like mine, then there's alot of difference in tone across the coat. It would be nice to have some more hint of light and shade. Also, perhaps the eyebrows and the mouth could do with some darker shades too.
I like seeing the odd pencil sketch on Sijun. Something more traditional.
My dog has a nasty habit of executing spiders. She puts a paw over them and then drags them to their death along the carpet. It's not nice.

love the fur. looks like you're not new to art. You seem to understand the forms. |

seems a little flat. I dont think you need to work on anatomy any, but you need more contrast. and make the fur a little more stroked.
hope this makes sense to ya.
I did that touch up in photoshop. remember to make the strokes in the direction that the fur neaturally goes.
