Nice!

His teeth seem to be coming out of his lips instead of his mouth, so you might pull the lips around them. It would be great to see him from a few other angles.

hehe... funny thing I'm actually finishing up the books right now... it's probably more of a '...oh shit...there goes Gandalf and he looks pissed...' when I made him though, was looking at a Warcraft ad.

Blup: thx, unfortunately I dont have the model anymore...lost it in a hd crash if I overcome my laziness I may redo it though

Id say its more like, "damn stepped in hobbit shit again!"
But the skin looks a bit blurry, and the bump map isnt working tht well, other than that its great.
