Hmm... something is wrong with the transition from the bridge of her nose to her forehead (unless that IS what it looks like in real life...). Other than that it looks good and you did good with the lighting.
No bad crit? Please... we all know how FIGHSTY a red-head can be.

Haha, the nose thing was actually something I fixed on today before posting it (it was originally far too big), so I guess I just did a hasty job.
The hand is a bit off all right, but I decided to keep it a bit rough down there. Some more highlights or shadows would do all right.

I think I understand the hand, but I understand why gseegert has a quarrel with it. I think if you added some cool highlights on the fingers it would straiten it out. Right now it "looks" like she has a crab hand. I understand her palm is reversed on the table and her shoulders are shrugged up more near her ears. To make it clear, identify the fingers more and I believe it would help.
