It looks like his arms melts into the sword , other than that it's pretty good. |

Not the best I've ever seen, but still work in progress, but it has more feeling, or rather life about it than most images. It looks like time froze (not like a photograph). |

I too was hit by the lighting. The strong highlights give an excellent sense of sunlight. |

Thanks for all the great comments!
swampbug: Thanks, yeah I don't know. Many told me I should add a backround. But I am still considering it.
Kolt:his arm melts to the sword? I used a reference picture from the movie, and that's exactly how it looked like.
ZenDrag0n:The reference I used was actually taken from a one frame of the movie. And I think it has a lot of action in the image. Where have you seen better ? At least share.
Bishop_Six:Thanks!
the_monkey: Yeah that's the second time I heard that. I think I will fix that later today. Thanks

Thanks for the "pretty good" replies.
If any of you want to see the reference I used here it is. I changed his positions a little, and really didn't want to make it to the exact picture. I need suggestions on the backround, I think I will do one.

excellent.
since it's a referenced work i wont comment much cuz it's a copy and mistakes are usually not your fault . maybe just show more the wrinkles on the skirt.
how was it done? painter?
good technique anyways. very good.

Really great work man, the only thing that I would adjust would be his chin (it looks a little crooked) and >his< right arm/hand. Other than that? NICE!
