yo. the art line is good.
i have some problems with the wrinkles - u should think of where the steach of the clothes go and streach the wrinkles accordingly (like in the right side of the torso upwards to the raised arm, and also from the raised arm's arm-pit to the elbow.
besides the coloring needs more depth- more contrast on the shading, especially in the hair.

i like this style, but i do think that her breasts are too big for how old she looks.
other than that man it looks nice in form.
as with color, what were you going for? maybe if you tried without lines it would have a different effect. that could just look like crap too.. heh, do what you think looks best
