Nice job. Is that you?

Is that a Trapper Keeper I see?

Born in 1986?! Nothing ever makes me feel old, but that statement certainly does.

Anyway, if you want hear the audio equivalent to 80's retro recreation, look for "Living in the 1980's" by Cylob or look for anything by DMX Krew. Both are on Richard James (aka Aphex Twin's) record label, Rephlex (www.rephlex.com). You won't believe it when you hear it, but all the songs were made recently. Tremendous stuff.

Of course the music that I slistened to in the 80's was metal and old skool rap. If only the metal/rap crossover thing would've been going on back then. Iron Maiden & Whoodini. Erik B, Rakim, & Slayer.

Matt

Ah, the 80's. Mmmm.... warm fuzzy feeling of nostalgia. BTW, I don't think they made Transformers hats with the symbol on them back then. I know, because I looked for one and never found one. Ironically, you can easily buy one *now* at almost any local mall.

Oh yeah, the art. Nice piece! The lower right hand corner of the Rubik's cube bothers me with its sharp points. If memory serves, weren't they more rounded? Love the pink and teal. So Miami Vice. Was there any other color combo that screamed 80's more?

Cool pic Micke... but I think there's a major flaw : the rubix cube (if it is one)in the background is impossible to complete cause there's two center green squares
