There's some good ideas there, but when you're dealing with moonlight, I think you should have EXTREMELY dynamic lighting. Try using "cuts" for the highlights. They look blurry. That type of light really wouldn't appear that bright and diffused. Although, if you work on that part where batman's cape overhangs the lit building, that would kick ass. It looks good now, just define the edges on the colors. If you want to know some more stuff (like what cuts are) go to www.comiccolors.com and go to the message board. They'll help you out, as I've noticed Sijun doesn't readily accept colored lineart as "art" persay. Except when Grandmaster Liquid! shows up Good Job and keep at it...

why do ppl think that everyone uses dodge/burn to paint something?

the only thing i've used is dodge for the hightlights from the light below.
everything else is painting...
