It looks a lot like Deus Ex. I'm not saying you ripped it off, that's just what it reminds me of.
Heh, Cogswell. I can't get over that. My dad went there like a million years ago for engineering. Weird to hear it pop up so much on this board. ![](http://www.sijun.com/dhabih/ubb/smile.gif) |

Deus Ex, sounds familiar, is that a game?
Cogswell just started its Digital Arts program three years ago up here in Everett.
Any critiques, does it make you want to come to the symposium? hehe.

Yes its a game you uncultured swine! Why I ought to strap you to a chair and only leave you enough arm flexability to use the mouse and key board, then make you play until you get all THREE endings! HA!

Bryan's not doing the poster this year? His were always so bright and cheery....
Anyhow, I think that the words Cogswell College, www.henrycogswell.edu, and the words Open House start to get just a little bit lost in the red and green. Just a little though, depending on the size and the distance you expect this to be seen from from, it may not be a problem at all. I like the drawing.
Wow, it seems like they kind of chinced this year on the speaker compared to past years. |

Is it just me or is most of that site's text in Winding font?
About the only thing I can read is the headlines and sidebar text.
BTW, how is HCC's digital arts programs?
I'm on a college search at the moment. |

mm.. i should go..
Deus Ex? Game of the Year? One of (if not) the best games i've ever played. Gee, Darrin.. i should return it, huh? Mebe so Skeezer can play.. (kinda stuck and i have no time these days..)
Ok, ok, the poster.
1. I like the whole layout, the guy, the color and the placement a lot. Although i think the text block with the title 'digital artis symposium' and 'henry cogsell college' should be the same font and style, or more different than it is now from each other, considering the message you're conveying.
2. A VERY small suggestion.. I think there is too much going on in terms of font, size, etc. There are three font styles it seems (title, address, and 'guest speaker..' text) To me it looks like only two would be better.
3. It does make me want to go, at least it looks pretty You see the guy in its sci-fi goodness and then read over that the X-files guy will be the guest speaker, and it all kind of comes together. I mean, isn't x-files that one sci-fi show? I never watch, but i know that much
