If you really really want to appreciate this picture, download the song 'God is God' by Juno Reactor.
i felt like doing som fantasy stuff that didn't fit the middle-ages-horses-and-swords-and-pine-trees image.
Hope you like this little vacation from my usual.

That is a sweet looking pic their Isric. Seems very different than your usual but it reminds me of some of your first pics at the same time. I actually like this more than your usual stuff. This pic comes off very cleanly done and really impressive. |

This is the sort of original stuff that I wish I could see more of in the forum. Me, I've gotta start painting to music....
Awesome work, keep it up

This is great! I wouldn't change a thing.
The words in the background are scary. I can't see what it says, but it's still scary.

So is Shango worth checking out?
I honestly haven't listened to them in years. But I do have Bible of Dreams.
Anyway, tremendous piece. I love the streams that seem to be flying off it's fingertips. Everything seems very surreal, and that's great.
I personally don't much care for images with gratuitous text in the background, but I don't think that it really detracts from your image as much as it usually does. It would be different if it were lyrics from some industrial band. Usually putting that stuff in your piece makes the interpretation very literal. But since your text is unreadable, that's much less the case.
But all of that is only my opinion, and I know that there are people in this forum who love that kind of work, and who love Nine Inch Nails. (insert barfing smiley face here) So just take my opinion for what it is worth.

I'm not sure the cartoonish body really matches the severe face, but it works anyway. Very nice indeed. |

Did you say before that you're a teenager?
I really like your other stuff, but I really, really like this one. You seem to have successfully gotten good technique without getting caught up in it. Your character design is pretty strong as well. Great stuff. |

Okay, yeah. I live in Canada, I just turned 18, and thank you very much for your encouragement everyone. I really enjoy this picture just becasue it's so diferent.
But believe me, TAKE THE TIME TO DOWNLOAD THE SONG. (God is God, by Juno Reactor) It will triple the effect. Guaranteed, eh |

Great pic Isric!
It fits the song perfectly! I have a few Juno Reactor albums, so I just dug it up...
If you keep improving at this rate.... I'll be scared

Aww shucks, Spooge! I was hoping you would play with this one...*sniff*
I think I'll give this horse guy a thread of his own too. Maybe someone will try something with him... |
