I like your anime, but there's a problem; none of those women have bodies .
Looking good though,

`What sort of people live about here?' asked Alice.
`In that direction,' the Cat said, waving its right paw round, `lives a Hatter: and in that direction,' waving the other paw, `lives a March Hare. Visit either you like: they're both mad.'
`But I don't want to go among mad people,' Alice remarked.
`Oh, you can't help that,' said the Cat: `we're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad...' |

How old are you?
I like your designs for the characters.
Have you ever tried doing sequentials before?

I'm a spry 19 year-old SBM who enjoys anime and long walks on the beach
Never tried sequencials before... I can only assume that means manga. Right now I'm working on a flash-version of my site. After that, the skies the limit ^_^ |

I like the angel one! The colors fit quite good.
Oh, and on a side note: PLEASE don't mix up "anime" with "manga". That's like saying to an animator "I like your image", or, as in your case, saying "I like your animation" to a painter. =) |

i like ur stuff, its very lovely one thing i can suggest is to ease up on the shine things, u know the white x's? u seem to have a lot of them but of course this is personal preference and u don't need to pay attention to it.
about anime and manga, anime is a style, not just short for japanese animation. manga is not a style, manga is like a comic book which utilizes the anime style. so there LB! heheh

damn thats mighty nice! and original!
i would only comment on the use of the dodge/burn "gleams"....they should just be a bit more white, rather than "dodged/burned".
just use the airbrush....dont use the burn/dodge tools.
they dont need bodies either...i think they look great...
also, check out this cool ass site...click on the "intro" button..... ray of light

*lol* Actually, that's quite funny, Nightmare. Yes, anime is a 'style', but only in the West, where we, as always, ignore things origins. Go to Japan and tell them you've made an anime sketch, and they'll look at you a bit strangely (unless you show them a cell form an anime, of course).
But, you're right, but that rule only works in the West, and I prefer to look at manga and anime from a more japanese point-of-view.
Oh, wait... Are you one of those that watches dubbe anime? |
