Just thought I'd give a quick post, since this doesn't deserve to go yonder without at least one post.

I really like this model, but I'm not really fond of the texture you have there. Too brown and muddy looking. You could give the head so much more life.

It reminds me of a character I've seen somewhere before . . . can't remember! Nice start.

reminds me of the outcast game.. great stuff you got there man..
i think the texture could use a few hints of red on the nose...on neck..etc..

Did you make that fading with rendered and wireframed face with Photoshop?

Nice modelling, he looks like he is at peace with himself very calm. Just one thing what happend to your antialiasing?
