Just thought I'd give a quick post, since this doesn't deserve to go yonder without at least one post.
I really like this model, but I'm not really fond of the texture you have there. Too brown and muddy looking. You could give the head so much more life.
It reminds me of a character I've seen somewhere before . . . can't remember! Nice start.

reminds me of the outcast game.. great stuff you got there man..
i think the texture could use a few hints of red on the nose...on neck..etc.. |
