Nice stuff.

Cool feeling, and good character portrayal. Nice composition. I like the way you have a paint effect. The strokes look like you have used a custom brush and it looks like you had to keep getting more paint, because the paint looks dry and sparse in some area's.

There's something funny about the eyes, sorta look different sizes. Good facial expression though, so dont lose it. The neck? does anyone else think it is just a little bit too big? maybe a tiny bit thinner...

The nose needs a little work. Other than that maybe the lighting is a bit strange, I mean if the light is coming from the top left then why hasn't the right cheek got some highlight's? maybe the hair is casting a shadow? It isn't obvious though...

Is that Zach Dela Rocha? If not, that guy really needs a hair cut I like it, the mouth is a little tweeked though, methinks. i think it would look pretty neat if you made his eyes have a little more depth, more realistic.

thought, the skin colours are a little too bleach for the original Bob try too add some darkest colours
