Captain Flushgarden, I really have to hand it to you; You show such a wide variety of styles, and yet each one is splended, and none half-assed...Great work man...I look forward to seeing some more of your pieces.

Where are the Lego men?
Cool pic I must say, Capt. You've captured the different light sources quite well throughout this piece. Her right arm has an almost 3D feel to it. The only thing that jumped out at me (other than the great feeling you've captured) is that the lower elements of the figures (dress, leg, pants) seem a tad flat. Could use a bit more depth?
Great job!
-edit- and if you put those wings in in 20 minutes, I bow to you...

You can feel the love in this painting! Let's all have a big group hug! Good luck finding your angel if it hasn't happened already...it most certainly will! Especially if you show her your romantic, creative side! As Homer would say 'Rrrrowwwrrr...he he he..'

Aw, beautiful, Captain! ;} I adore your work. And it's exceptionally nice to see that you have more than one style, too! Then again, it also is a kick in the butt to those of us who aspire to even just ONE of your trademark styles. *sigh*
Don't worry, tho. Lifemates have a way of finding each other. Take it from me... ;} Just keep the faith. |
