I think his right hand is very small. A normal thing to do is to make that hand bigger as it's closer to the wiever.

and yes, there is a strong Matrix influence - I was even listening to the sound track when I drew this!

BTW there might be nothing wrong with perspective. Imgine this was shot with really long focal lenght let say 300mm

Maybe the hand in perspective should be bigger since it's close to the viewer.
