Do you mean the scratchboard tool in Painter? Or real scratchboard? However you did it, good job.

This is scratchboard. It starts out as a white waxed piece of material. Then I painted the positive space in with a brush. Then I used a knife to scratch the white lines and create the textures. The background was done using a spray can.
