At first I thought the arms were way too long, but after some tracing, I think the arms are about right, but the head seems a bit small and the neck, too long:
I think the knees would benefit from better definition, too. I like the costume a lot; good details in the belts and upper body. It would look even better if there were similar detail in the folds of the pants and in the boots.

Maybe work on the eyes, they remind me of a jack-o-lantern. Probably because he doesn't have any eyebrows.
Echoing JL a bit- his right arm looks dislocated, try shortening it. |
