Hi this is my first post here. But I have been enjoying looking at other peoples good stuff here for a while.
This is one page of a 15 page story I'm doing illustrating the poem Baldur's dream from the Poetic Edda, from Norse mythology. It's ink/pencil drawings scanned in and worked on in photoshop.
I'd love to get some c&c on it. I don't expect anyone to make much sense of the context as this is just a small part of the piece. Also I still have to add text boxes.

i wish there was a higher-res version up because there looks like there's a lot of detail in there that's getting fuzzied as a low res jpg. it looks very promissing though. |

wow, that some great detail. But on the second one, the center figure is kind of unclear. It looks as if he has something wrong with his skin. And the thing on his neck is unclear. but great job on the landscapes!

Thanks for good suggestions guys!
Heres an update with the 2 first suggestions in place.
Yes it is still blurry in parts, thats my fault, I think I need to give more definition in places with sharp edges, but some spots I like blurry for atmoshphere (And Im lazy . Upping the contrast helped it, gives it more punch.
Ill have to adjust it when I print it though, because my EPSON usually exaggerates the magenta ink about 20% and the overall darks about 20%, I always have to make those adjustments before I print.
The middle figure needs a little more definition. His left eye is supposed to be missing with a huge scar going up and down his face, but its not clear enough. I guess the pin on his cape could be better defined too, if thats what you described as the thing on his neck. I need some more work on him. Im working on a different page right now, but Ill get back to this one as soon as I can.
Thanks again!
