This is going to sound silly but the proportions look good to me. But what makes the elf "look" disportionate is that you have her feet pointing down like if she was hanging from the air, and that makes the legs look distorted (elongated.
Move her feet as if she was standing on the ground and you will find she looks normal.
I did a quick proportions measurement in photoshop buy measuring the lenth of the tip of the left fingers to the tips of the right. then took a measurement from head to "heal" (not head to toe) and it's perfect.

| Big toe might be a little large, but looks fine. But some hair and clothes on her and she'll look like perfect. |

OK, I ask her many times to be pretty, but she doesn't listen to me...

Seriously, someting's wrong with her but i can't really see what... Her head seems a bit big, but the rest of her body is 7 1/2 heads tall...  Something seems also wrong with her arms/hands.. Are they too small (thickness-wise)... Or is it something else??
