hey folks. here's a pic of a girl i'm planning to use in my own comic book. i started off drawing her face and today i finally started roughing out her upper torso and adjacent areas like her limbs. so far it's just her left hand though =).
i like the positioning and pose in terms of the left hand. i know it's far too small though but can someone out there help me with suggestions or even a rough trace-over?
this is one of my first big projects (for myself) using painter and a wacom tablet. any general comments would be greatly appreciated!
thanks

you don't wanna get too lara croft -esque though... what's the story about her? what makes her differ from the rest? that often reflects in the exterior as well... |

here's my two cents,
the gap 'tween the eyes seems a bit big, and the nose and mouth seems to be too far down, push them up a bit and you'll get some nicer features... the jawline is a bit low as well
i've done a quick overpaint to show what i mean,
anyway, hope you do well with yer comic
i'm a big comicbook fan myself... |
